If you have encountered a bug while playing in an Original World, you can submit a ticket to Player Support by following the instructions outlined below:
- Account Number: To obtain your Account Number, follow these steps:
- First, log in to the MapleStory Worlds app.
- Next, locate and click on the Settings icon, which looks like a cogwheel.
- Then, navigate to the Account tab.
- Finally, find the 17-digit string of numbers that represents your Account Number. You can copy this number by selecting it, clicking on the option to copy, and then pasting it where required.
- Date & Time: Please provide the specific date and time when you experienced the issue. This information is crucial for accurately addressing your report.
- Details of the Issue: In this section, you should describe the problem you encountered in as much detail as possible. This will help the support team understand the issue better and work towards a resolution.
