If you have encountered a bug while playing in an Original World, you can submit a ticket to Player Support by following the instructions outlined below:

  1. Account Number: To obtain your Account Number, follow these steps:
    • First, log in to the MapleStory Worlds app.
    • Next, locate and click on the Settings icon, which looks like a cogwheel.
    • Then, navigate to the Account tab.
    • Finally, find the 17-digit string of numbers that represents your Account Number. You can copy this number by selecting it, clicking on the option to copy, and then pasting it where required.
  2. Date & Time: Please provide the specific date and time when you experienced the issue. This information is crucial for accurately addressing your report.
  3. Details of the Issue: In this section, you should describe the problem you encountered in as much detail as possible. This will help the support team understand the issue better and work towards a resolution.
