If you have purchased World Coins but they are not visible in your account, you may need to perform a Purchase Restore. This can be done within your downloadable MapleStory Worlds PC client.
Performing a Purchase Restore
- First, open your MapleStory Worlds PC client by clicking "Launch PC App" on the MapleStory Worlds homepage.
- Click on the Settings icon, located in the top left hand corner of the app.
- Within the Settings menu, navigate to the "Account" tab and click "Purchase Restore".
- Note: You might receive an alert stating that there are no transactions to restore. Please verify your World Coin count, regardless of the message.
You should now be able to see your World Coins that you've purchased within your account!
