How do I contact the Creator of a World?

For inquiries related to usage or gameplay within a particular World, please contact the Creator of that World directly.

Contacting the World Creator

1. Log in to MapleStory Worlds through the Web app or program and select the World of the Creator you wish to contact.
2. Click on the three dots below located next to the Play button.
   
3. Select "Creator Inquiry".
   
4. Select the proper inquiry between "General" or "Payment", input a title, and provide a detailed description of your inquiry. You may also attach reference images regarding your inquiry.
   • Note: You may only provide an inquiry with a maximum of 100 characters.

Your inquiry has been successfully submitted to the Creator. Please allow some time for the Creator to respond.

Checking your Inquiry Status:

1.  Within the MapleStory Worlds application, navigate to the sidebar and locate the "More" option with three dots as seen below.
   
2. Click on "World Inquiry", which will then open a new tab in your default browser.
   
3. You are now able to see your past submitted inquiries in one tab and all inquiries submitted to you in another tab.
   • You also have the option to delete you previously submitted inquiries by selecting the one you wish to delete. A "Delete" button will then appear below the inquiry.

You have now successfully located all the inquiries related to your account.
